Charter schools receive the full per-pupil revenue for each student they serve and pay fees back to the district for specific services, such as general administration, ELA, facilities (if they are in a DPS-leased or -owned facility), and special education. In addition, DPS support teams can make their services available to charters on a fee-for-service basis; these are the Purchased Services available to charters.
