Hard to Staff Incentive
Teachers and specialized service providers (SSPs) can earn a semi-monthly incentive of $83.33 ($2,000 annually) for working in a Hard to Staff assignment.
Which assignments are Hard to Staff?
Hard to Staff assignments are determined annually by the ProComp Implementation Team, comprised of six district members and six DCTA members, and based on district staffing data and local/national labor market data.
