Project Management Community of Practice

  • The Denver Public Schools Strategy and Program Management Office (SPMO) sponsors the Project Management Community of Practice (PM CoP) and is open to all members of Team DPS.

    The goals of the PM CoP are to:
    1. Provide a vehicle for training, mentoring, and coaching
    2. Support, develop, and provide guidance to individuals leading projects throughout the District
    3. Collaborate and problem solve with peers
    4. Share experiences, challenges, approaches, and techniques
