To increase your awareness of your personal leadership strengths by exploring the Five Practices of Exemplary Leadership. The five practices include: Model the Way, Inspire the Shared Vision, Challenge the Process, Enable Others to Act, and Encourage the Heart.
- Take the LPI self-assessment to identify your strengths and development opportunities
- Leverage the Five Practices of Exemplary Leadership and apply practices to your department/school
- Uncover your own personal values to set an example to Model the Way.
