CollaboRATE Survey Window Jan. 6-17

Make your voice heard and strengthen your team by participating in CollaboRATE. Starting Jan. 6, you will receive an email from K12 Insight with a link to complete the CollaboRATE survey. This is an opportunity to share your voice about how we're doing in DPS as a whole, as well as give feedback about your direct and indirect supervisors/leaders. Employees will continue to receive reminder emails from K12 Insight until they have completed both the CollaboRATE engagement and direct leader feedback surveys.

We have worked with our LGBTQ+ Belong group and team members throughout the district to create a more inclusive and effective survey. This includes the addition of new, voluntary and confidential self-identification questions. Please visit thecommons.dpsk12.org/collaborate to find more information on the survey, self-identification questions and additional changes to the survey.
