(Principals) 2015-16 School Discipline & Attendance Submission

The School Discipline and Attendance (SDA) collection is an annual submission mandated by the Colorado Department of Education (CDE). The purpose of this submission is to report the district's behavioral incidents and attendance data to the state. Please review the SDA handbook for information on this submission as well as instructions on pulling Infinite Campus (IC) reports to assist with errors and corrections.


Principal Action Items:

  1. To ensure accurate attendance reporting, please review your school's SDA in IC.
  2. Ensure all behavioral incidents are entered and behavior errors are corrected in IC by June. 
  3. After all behavioral incidents and errors have been entered and corrected, please review, print and sign your behavior mock-up and return it to the Student Submissions Team (SST).


SST will be collecting signed mock-up reports from June 1 through 6. Please contact the SST for questions.
