Living Our DPS: Jacqueline Person

"Jackie always puts all students first. She responds quickly and empathetically to all students' needs, whether they are emotional or academic in nature. She collaborates with all staff to help them understand our students better and works hard to gather resources and ideas for how to better serve our school population. She partners with parents, teachers, staff, administration, district and city resources to find support for our students. If Jackie says she is going to do something, she does it! She puts others first and works tirelessly to make sure everyone's needs are met. She is a true gem not only at Southmoor but in the district as a whole."
