Complete Mid-Year Conversations for ESPs/Classified Team Members by February 29
It's time to host Mid-Year (MY) conversations with your Education Support Professionals (ESP)/Classified team members. The new Classified: Reimagined Evaluation was thoughtfully designed and developed in collaboration with DPS teams and stakeholders. Supervisors must complete an evaluation for each direct report and submit it to the Growth & Performance team.
Next Steps:
- Review the MY section of the Best Practices Checklist, Screencast, and Slide Deck.
- Schedule time to meet with your employees individually in accordance with applicable bargaining agreements and timelines.
- Invite your direct reports to complete a self-reflection form.
- Draft MY evaluation forms. Ratings are not provided during mid-year.
- Meet for the MY conversation.
- Managers Submit MY evaluations using this LINK by Februray 29, 2024.
