Change Your Benefits
Most benefits (health, dental, vision, life, etc.) require a Qualifying Life Event (QLE) for mid-plan year changes. Learn more by visiting thecommons.dpsk12.org/changebenefits.
To request a mid-plan year change to your benefits, visit the Benefits Enrollment Site and select Start a Qualifying Life Event button at the bottom of the page. You will need to submit supporting documentation for the change. After submitting the information, you will receive additional information via your dpsk12.org email.

Update Your Health Savings Account Contribution
You can update your Health Savings Account (HSA) once per month by submitting the HSA Contribution Change Form. Learn more by visiting thecommons.dpsk12.org/hsa.

Enroll in a Retirement Fund
Enroll in one of DPS’s many retirement plan options by selecting the link for your preferred account below. The link will route you to the appropriate site for either PERA or AIG (Valic). Additional information on each account can be found on the associated links below or by visiting thecommons.dpsk12.org/retire.

Waive Your Auto-Enrollment
