Ray Bailon | Managed Services Director
Ray joined the ACP Team in March of 2016. As The managed Services Director, Ray is dedicated to delivering a level of excellence in customer service and satisfaction unparalleled in the business world. As a member of the Customer Service team at ACP, Ray acts as a liaison between customers and ACP making sure that the lines of communication remain open. He is enthusiastic about helping our customers, but also focuses on providing support to the entire organization. He is always happy to help whenever a need arises and finds even greater satisfaction in putting smiles on the faces of others.

Joseph Lawrence| Managed Services Analyst
Joseph has more than 20 years of experience in planning, analysis, and successful implementation of manages services and facilities management. Prior to taking his position with All Copy, he was the RICOH Site Manager for Denver Public Schools for 8 years (2006-2014), where his main responsibilities included:
o Managing Ricoh personnel, hardware and technology solutions for the entire school district. This operation consisted of 1,000+ networked devices, 24 service specialists and technicians; Partnering with a customer base of over 200 individual schools and departments.
Kolton Johnson | Courier Logistics Manager
Kolton has gladly been a part of ACP since March 2023. As the Logistics Manager, Kolton supervises the process of planning and executing the efficient transportation of resources for Denver Public School District 1. Kolton has built and molded a team that prioritizes customer service skills, time management, and excellent communication skills. Kolton is unwavering in his commitment to provide an unrivaled level of customer support, as well as being an strong advocate for his team.
Andrew Giron | Fleet Manager
Andrew joined the ACP team in June of 2023. Andrew has over 10 years of experience in high-intensity service and retail environments. As the Fleet Manager, Andrew is dedicated to exceeding the service needs related to the fleet of 770+ multifunction devices. The strong customer service he delivers in this role is achieved with three of his core talents:
- Communication – confirm the customer has the necessary information they need to resolve any problem that might arise.
- Inventory Management – ensuring proper inventory is allocated to each of our properties within DPS.
- Organization – has the ability to prioritize tasks while executing duties with precision.
Andrew’s goal while working with ACP is to ensure work flow is not interrupted in schools and administration buildings within DPS, through proactive management and maintenance of the entire fleet.
Brooke Barnhart | Production Manager
Brooke has been working in graphic design and printing for 10 years. As the manager of the print shop, Brooke prioritizes tasks effectively to improve efficiency and output. She communicates with and listens to clients striving to build lasting relationships. Brooke keeps her print shop clean and organized to produce the best work possible. She looks forward to tending to your production needs.
Karla Gutierrez | Production Specialist
Karla has been in customer service for the past 10 years and most recently worked in production services for a national retailer. She is dedicated to fulfilling her duties and loves to be a part of the team to make sure every need is met. Karla strives to continue growing and hopes to form strong and genuine relationships with customers as well as peers.
Simon Chavira | Graphic Designer
Simon has been in Graphic Design since graduating from Pickens Technical College in 2019. Prior to joining the ACP team in February, Simon’s work has developed his great customer service skills and given him experience in printing for a variety of customers from individuals to businesses and organizations. Designing high quality and appealing graphics are Simon’s priority for the DPS School District. Ever the consultant, Simon strives to hear a customer’s voice and ensure that their message is clearly communicated.
