Resources for Central Staff Supporting Schools
The challenge to keep schools open for our kids and families has become extremely difficult. Schools are deploying all available staff to classrooms and to extra duty in order to stay open and serve scholars. And we’re still struggling every day to keep the doors open. Due to the increasing severity of the staffing shortage created by the recent surge in COVID cases, we need the help of our Central team members to keep our schools open and to serve our scholars and families. Thank you to our Central Office team members for supporting in our schools. Below are some resources to support you through this transition.
Jan. 27, 2022 -- Updates, Reminders and Opportunities for Unassigned StaffMany of you who have not been assigned to a school have been reaching out, sharing that you are ready to step into our schools. Thank you!We are working hard to get all Central Office team members into our SmartFind Express system (SFE), which is the system our schools and guest teachers use to request help and select assignments. Everyone in Central Office should now automatically have a profile set up in our system. Find instructions at the bottom of the FAQ to register your account and set up your preferences. If you are not in the system, please check back the next day. Learn more and read the full annoucement here.
