Who’s Eligible: All DPS Educators
What: Educators are recognized with a Shared Core Value pin when seen living a specific value.
How: Be on the lookout for demonstrations of employees living any of the Shared Core Values – then give them a pin to display on the blue Every Child Succeeds lanyard.

Virtual Shared Core Values Board
Who’s Eligible: All DPS Educators
What: Educators are recognized with a virtual Shared Core Value pin when seen living a specific value.
How: Be on the lookout for demonstrations of employees living any of the Shared Core Values – then post a shout out on the virtual honors board.

Virtual Shared Core Values Cards
Who’s Eligible: All DPS Educators
What: Educators are recognized with a virtual Shared Core Value card when seen living a specific value.
How: Be on the lookout for demonstrations of employees living any of the Shared Core Values – then click the image on the right to access and download a Shared Core Value card and email it to the recipient. 

Anniversary Pin Program
Who’s Eligible: All DPS Educators
What: Celebrating the anniversary date of DPS educators and recognizing them for their dedication to our kids. Given out in increments of 5 years (e.g. 5, 10, 15, etc.).
How: Educators will receive anniversary pins in the spring for milestone years of service to DPS.

Living Our DPS Nomination
Who’s Eligible: All DPS Educators
What: Educators who are living and demonstrating one or more of the Shared Core Values will be featured in our weekly all-employee communication.
How: Submit a write-up about an employee who you feel is exemplifying any of the Shared Core Values.

Kudos for Customer Service
Who’s Eligible: All DPS Educators, Central Support Teams
What: Celebrating employees who were called out in the School Support Customer Service Survey.
How: Nominate individuals through the annual School Support Customer Service Survey.

Shared Core Value Notecards & Thank You Cards
Who’s Eligible: All DPS Educators
What: Values cards to be used as a recognition tool by managers and peers.
How: Tell a teammate “thank you” for living one of our Shared Core Values. Use the corresponding values card as added recognition. Or use a standard Honors Thank You card – a handwritten note goes a long way in showing your appreciation.

Wall of Fame (recognition board)
Who’s Eligible: All DPS Educators and Teams
What: The Wall of Fame is an Honors-specific recognition board to help highlight and spotlight school-and team-specific recognition.
How: Post recognitions and celebrations on this board to help build a culture of recognition within your team. The board is a blank canvas and should be utilized to capture all the recognition happening locally – post pictures, celebrations, thank-you notes and more!

Excellence in Teaching
Who’s Eligible: All DPS Teachers and SSPs
What: Celebrating teachers and SSPs who were rated as “Distinguished” through LEAP
How: Receive a "Distingushed" rating through LEAP
