DPS Creating Connections
Creating Connections is the foundation for all other values-based programs. Gain greater awareness of our shared vision and values and the importance of building relationships and connections across Team DPS during this one-day program. All are encouraged to participate. Learn More.

Equity Boot Camp
Equity Boot Camp provides the opportunity to build skills and deepen your ability to infuse equity, inclusion and culturally responsive practices into your work during this one-day program. Each session has a specific focus and is offered twice to allow flexibility with scheduling. Learn More.
Assess and continue to develop leadership competencies for greater influence. This program will help you hone your leadership skills to influence and engage those you lead, facilitate change and develop a performance-based, team culture. Semester-long commitment. Learn More.
Examine the Five Practices of Exemplary Leadership and use the Leadership Practices Inventory (360 feedback tool) as a way to identify the frequency at which you demonstrate leadership behaviors. Four days overnight. Learn More.
Provide time, space and skills for teams to build capacity and develop high-performing cultures. Teams will be offered growth opportunities including increasing accountability, managing conflict and building a stronger team. Teams of 5-12 people; three days overnight. Learn More.
