The Leadership Pathways & Development (LPD) team is a team dedicated to developing, empowering and connecting current and aspiring school leaders to lead for racial and educational equity so that each child and educator will know that they are valued and will have equitable opportunities to learn, grow, and succeed.

Learning & Development (L&D) Team
Learning & Development partners to ensure diverse preservice and early career educators are prepared to design and deliver rigorous, culturally responsive content to each and every student. L&D builds the capacity of leaders and supports the development of systems and infrastructure across a variety of stakeholder groups, including: school-based teams, central office teams, and preparation partners.

Professional Learning Team
The Professional Learning Team is committed to providing high-quality, impactful professional learning experiences, as well as opportunities for educators to collaborate, cultivate resources and share best practices. We manage district-level professional learning experiences, including annual Professional Learning Days, Leadership Weeks and Professional Development Units.
