Through dedicated and innovative onboarding, pathways, and pipelines, we aim to thoughtfully uplift our communities with a focus on equity, humanizing experiences, and comprehensive support.

    The Leadership Pathways & Development (LPD) team is a team dedicated to developing, empowering and connecting current and aspiring school leaders to lead for racial and educational equity so that each child and educator will know that they are valued and will have equitable opportunities to learn, grow, and succeed.

    Learning & Development (L&D) Team

    Learning & Development partners to ensure diverse preservice and early career educators are prepared to design and deliver rigorous, culturally responsive content to each and every student. L&D builds the capacity of leaders and supports the development of systems and infrastructure across a variety of stakeholder groups, including: school-based teams, central office teams, and preparation partners.
