• The Culture, Learning and Development Team (CLD) is composed of three distinct yet intersecting teams brought together to support the Student, Adult and Systems experiences in DPS by providing opportunities to learn, develop, advance and grow. These three teams include: Culture, Equity and Leadership Team (CELT), Growth and Performance (G & P), and Internal Pathways and Development (IPD). The work we do is anchored to our Shared Core Values, and our commitment to cultivate spaces of inclusion and belonging. We are determined to eliminate inequity, and dismantle the oppressive systems and practices we all tend to perpetuate that continue to advantage some, while disadvantaging others. The CLD team creates space for team members across the district to connect, build relationships, grow their knowledge and develop new skills.
