Discrimination Prevention and Response (DPR) Process

  • We are busily working on implementation of the new Title IX rule, currently set to go into effect on August 14, 2020. For more info, here is just one of many resource pages regarding the new rule. ATIXA also has comprehensive materials in their "regs rapid response" center.

DPR Designees, email Kristin at kristin_bailey@dpsk12.org with any questions, concerns, or anything else you want to talk through!

DPS does not condone or tolerate harassment or discrimination based on protected class, and DPR is the process we use to address concerns of this nature, including those implicating Title IX and Title VI.

The DPR process is fully outlined in Board Regulation AC-R1

Our Nondiscrimination Policy is AC and our Notice of Nondiscrimination can be found here.

If you are a student, parent, community member, or employee who needs to raise a concern of harassment or discrimination, including Title IX or Title IV, please contact the leader or DPR designee for the school or department where the conduct took place or complete this complaint form
