VPN Remote Access

Information:

VPN (Virtual Private Network) access allows a user to access the DPS Network remotely using the GlobalProtect software.

Device Requirements:

• A smartphone is required for VPN access.
  • DPS uses Duo Mobile push notifications to verify your identity.
  • For more information about Duo Security, see: TheCommons.dpsk12.org/Duo Security.

Access Requirements:

• Principal or director approval required
• A completed VPN User Agreement Form

Note: The VPN User Agreement Form will open in Google. To complete the fillable form:

1. Select the download icon  from the top right. (If you do not see the download icon, click the 3 dots at the upper right side and select download.)
2. Drag the downloaded form that appears in a small rectangular box at the bottom left on your browser window onto your desktop.
3. Complete all the fields on the form.
4. Save the completed form.
5. Attach it to your request for access.
