Our journey toward becoming an equitable school district has just begun, but it is already deeply rooted in our commitments and our Shared Core Values: Students First, Integrity, Equity, Collaboration, Accountability, and Fun (the joy and passion we each bring to this work)! We still have a lot of work to do. We will be sharing monthly updates to all DPS staff on our district’s equity work, and we encourage all of Team DPS to stay connected through these updates, called Equity in Action.
