Facility Records Management
-
Facility Records Management is a source of information regarding the district's physical property/building assets and maintaining constant changes and growth of the district. We can provide historical data as well as current information. Our group has been maintaining and managing the district's location record documents and blueprints for the last 25 years, providing accuracy of property and building information, tracking the work that impacts physical changes of the district and providing the information in multiple formats. Facility Records Management is working to transform and routinely update the information into a more efficient and useful database. Tracking and managing these changes will allow us to provide information to the district decision makers at all levels. We also provide this information for teams assessing and/or growing our district, and allowing them to use factors such as age, design, specifications, area, acres, ownership, reports, floor plans, and record documents (as-builts).
- 400,000+ electronic files include multiple graphic file renderings, word documents and exec sheets
- Provides data and information for districts' reverse 911 system, and egress maps.
- Assists to assign new property, building and program ID’s; new and changes when board approved.
- Our data is updated based upon construction, bonds, Facilities Maintenance, school projects and other physical change sources of property and buildings.
