Important Dates for 2024-25

The following dates will help guide your process for LEAP throughout this school year:

September 4, 2024 - Formal, scored observations may begin 

Remember: teachers are REQUIRED to have 3 scored observations otherwise their rating will not calculate

October 9 - Nov 13 , 2024 - Student Perception Surveys (Fall Administration)

December 9, 2024 - Mid-Year Window opens

Feb 3-28, 2025 - Student Perception Surveys (Spring Administration)

February 14, 2025 - Mid-Year Window closes

April 7, 2025 - End-of-Year Window opens

May 7, 2025 - Last day to conduct LEAP classroom observation for all teachers

May 16, 2025 - End-of-Year Window closes
