    The Denver Public School Family and Community Engagement (FACE) department offers a variety of support to students, their families and staff. CLICK HERE to visit our external webpage for more information. Below is a brief description of each sub-department in FACE and how they can support you and your school. 

    • The Family Constituency Services- Also known as the FACE helpine. Is a team that provides service to families, schools, and community members who need assistance accesssing: 
      • School and district resources 
      • District resources 
      • Addressing concerns 
      • Building skills to be strong partners in Denver Public School students education

    • The Family Connect (FFC) Program- offers case management support to Denver Public Schools families referred by school Social Workers and Psychologists. While only designated SSPs can refer families, the program provides consultation to staff at all schools for resource help or guidance.

    • The Community Engagement Team (CET)- works with Denver Public Schools (DPS) to support families and the community. We share resources, create helpful materials, and promote projects through videos or other media. You’ll see us at school meetings, community events, and projects with local groups that support Denver Public Schools families.

    • The Family and Community Engagement University (FACE U)- FACE U provides resources like tips, tools, webinars, and trainings to help families support and stay involved with their students—all just a click away!

    • The Family, School, Community Partnerships (FSCP) Team- is a support network of school-based staff charged with leading family and community engagement at the school level. Focusing Denver Public Schools staff on family engagement best practice is essential for our collective success. 

    • Volunteer Services- Denver Public Schools Volunteer Services mission is to provide resources to our Denver Public Schools Community that support the engagement of volunteers in ensuring that every student thrives.

    • The Community Hubs- supports students learning by providing programs and services that address families' social, emotional, physical, academic, and basic needs. We collaborate with the community to offer services tailored to their needs.
