LIFT Off to LEAD is a comprehensive people leader orientation program that provides new leaders at DPS the resources and support they need with clear direction and alignment on expectations in order to quickly become productive members of their teams.
LIFT Off has been designed to provide:

The Growth, Performance and Training team manages growth and performance programs for school support staff, like LIFT Off to LEAD, LIFT and CCE. The Growth and Performance page on The Commons is home to these performance management programs as well as performance management programs for teachers and school leaders (LEAP and LEAD).
Employee Relations is responsible for relationships with bargaining units, and provides Resources for Employees related to topics including:
