Charter School MLE Teacher Qualification Program
-
We value our diverse student body and are committed to improving instruction and student achievement outcomes for every student by providing a rigorous, enriching educational experience. We honor the unique contributions of each student, helping to ensure their success by embracing their language and culture.
All teachers who are new to DPS Charter Schools receive an MLE/ELA designation with specific training and learning opportunities to meet the needs of our diverse learners. The students you teach drive the type of designation (MLE1/ELA-T, MLE 2E/ELA-E, or MLE 2S/ELA-S) you receive. Your MLE/ELA designation drives your required coursework.
