    Our Team

The DPS Planning, Analysis and Real Estate team focuses on addressing key strategic challenges facing our district and communities by providing support to district leaders responsible for accelerating student learning. As a part of the greater Enrollment and Campus Planning department, we deliver descriptive and predictive analyses — spotting trends and forecasting changes — and work collaboratively with leaders to organize solutions that deliver the right resources to students based on their evolving needs.
