Ready to kickstart your healthy lifestyle? Join the 5-week YOU Revolution course with Michelle Zellner to learn about setting goals, understanding your WHY, forming healthy habits, assessing your resources (time, money, energy), and how to practice mindfulness through both discussion and activities.
Classes will be held at Hallett on Tuesdays and Steele on Thursdays from 5:15-6:45pm, starting February 25th through March 26th.
