LEAP End-of-Year Resources for Leaders
-
At the end of each school year, leaders meet with teachers to receive and discuss the LEAP final rating. To best assess a teacher’s practice, ratings are calculated using multiple measures:
- Professional Practice
- Observation
- Professionalism
- Student perception
- Student Growth
- Student Learning Objectives
- School Measure
The Professional Practice and Student Growth points come together to determine an overall LEAP performance rating.
