Resource Center

  • The Arts and Physical Education Resource Center offers a wide array of resources to support and enhance instruction serving the Visual Arts, Music, Dance, Drama, Physical Education, and Health programs. We seek to aid in whole child development and want to supplement the incredible programs in DPS. We offer resources such as: physical education games and equipment, musical instruments, sheet music, art panels, theatre set tools, and more!

You can find an inventory for each content area as well as our check out form and check out protocol under the tabs below.

    Warehouse delivery information:

Due to lack of funding for vehicle maintenance and staffing, the DPS Enterprise Management Department has enacted a policy charging a delivery fee for all Arts & PE Resource Center deliveries - each school pays $40 per one way move = $80 roundtrip (delivery and pickup).

Additional notes regarding our delivery process:

    • Arts and PE Delivery days are Monday, Wednesday, and Friday
    • All resource requests must be submitted via the Check-Out Form at least TWO weeks in advance of desired check out date
    • If equipment is picked up and delivered between schools, each will split the cost (i.e. $20  each for one trip)
    • Pre-planning of potential delivery dates needs to be given to school administrators, and/or budget person. Please communicate delivery details with others at your school.

    Important Guidelines

    • Delivery and pickup schedules are subject to change. Should the schedule change for your requested items, you will be notified.
    • Prepare all equipment the day before scheduled pickup in the same manner it was received
    • Resources are for school or office use only, no personal use is allowed.
    • Contact Lauren ASAP if part of your order is missing or damaged on arrival.
