What We Do:
The Office of Operations, under the leadership of Chief of Operations Trena A. Marsal, is dedicated to providing essential services that ensure our schools function efficiently, safely, and sustainably. Although our services are operational, our primary focus is to advance the DPS Vision that All Learners Thrive.
Our team supports the daily needs of students and staff. Our team is committed to delivering high-quality, equitable, and responsive service that creates an optimal safe and welcoming learning environment. By prioritizing operational excellence, we enable the academic success and well-being of every student across the district. We are equally committed to driving innovation and professional growth, enhancing the overall experience for students, staff, and the community. We establish clear service delivery standards and metrics while fostering a data-driven culture to ensure transparency and accountability. These efforts are carefully aligned with our Strategic Roadmap.

The mission of the Denver Public Schools Office of Operations is to deliver equitable high-quality, reliable, and innovative operational services that support the Denver Public Schools vision that All Learners Thrive. Through our services and responsive customer service, we ensure that every school is equipped to foster learning in a safe and welcoming environment. Providing world-class services that are safe, sustainable, and responsive. We strive to empower every school in Denver Public Schools to thrive by continuously improving our services, implementing student-aligned strategies, and fostering a culture of collaboration and accountability.
