    Business Operations/SLA Mission
    Our mission is to develop and refine Service Level Agreements (SLAs) across all operations teams. In collaboration with the Research and Analytics department, we develop and monitor KPIs to track performance and ensure accountability. By actively incorporating principal input, we ensure SLAs reflect school needs while balancing operational standards and priorities. This provides the opportunity to further enhance the system, adult, and student experience. 

    Together with Research and Analytics, we create dynamic dashboards to highlight performance, celebrate areas of success, and identify opportunities for improvement. This data-driven approach allows us to continuously refine commitments, ensuring that operational services evolve in line with school needs. Our goal is to support the DPS Experience by fostering strong relationships between operations and schools through the lenses of equity and sustainability.

    Aligned with the district’s Strategic Roadmap and Equity Statement, we are committed to “getting better at getting better.” Our focus on KPIs and collaboration with Research and Analytics ensures that every operational department meets or exceeds its performance goals, providing reliable support to students and schools.
