Equity Project Resources
-
Note: If you have not yet taken the Equity Experience, wait to access these resources until you have completed the corresponding modules in year one and year two. Resources are a part of an intentional 2 year journey that allows the time for deep reflection and understanding.
In the midst of all the changes that we all are experiencing, our commitment to creating equity for our team members and students does not waver. One of the challenges in engaging authentically in advancing racial and educational equity requires a change in mindset. It is time for your team to re-connect and reset the commitment to equity through the work. Take some time to look at these videos from past presentations of Equity Projects and hear how some of our DPS teams have worked and continue to work on equity within their teams!
