We encourage you to use this opportunity to share what you’re most excited about this school year, discuss how your daily work connects to the Strategic Roadmap and identify the Shared Core Values you commit to living each day.

This welcome video will also highlight districtwide celebrations and provide an update on how we have revised our Shared Core Value definitions and behaviors. The Shared Core Values Resource Guide is a downloadable document created to help you dive deeper into key terms and provide additional information to support increased alignment, cohesion and shared language across DPS. 

You will be able to access the Reaffirmed Shared Core Values Resource Guide on the Commons. We encourage you and your team to explore these resources together.

Check out the DPS Honors Recognition Tools used to celebrate each other's contributions while reinforcing our Shared Core Values. Feel free to be creative and find additional ways to celebrate and elevate these values on your team, and across the district.

As a token of our appreciation for the trailblazing work you do, we hope you’ll join us for DPS Back to School at the Zoo – a family-friendly event at the Denver Zoo, on tomorrow, Tuesday, Aug. 13 from 5:30-8:30 p.m. DPS team members get up to three complimentary tickets here. Additional tickets are available to purchase at a discounted price of $12 each. Tickets are limited due to capacity at the zoo and will be distributed on a first come, first served basis.
