You can also access the form here. Select your tickets and follow the instructions to complete the registration.

School leaders from charter schools should share the calendar invite with their staff.

  • I am having trouble with the ticket registration website.

Here are a few tips on completing your registration and receiving your tickets:

    • On the zoo registration page, click "continue as a guest" rather than signing into your account to confirm your order.
    • To ensure the email with your tickets did not end up in spam, please check your spam folder in Gmail.

  • Do I need to bring my tickets with me?

Yes, please print out your tickets or have them available on your phone. You will be asked at the front gate to show your tickets in order to gain entrance into the zoo.

  • Can I give my extra two tickets to another employee if I do not need them?

In order to share your extra ticket(s) with another employee, you must register for their extra guests while you are completing your own registration. Make sure you provide the names of those guests during registration. You can then print out or send the guest tickets to that employee.

  • Can I purchase extra tickets?

Yes, you can purchase additional tickets here or at the door when you arrive at the zoo. Extra tickets cost $12 each.

  • Can I use my zoo membership or passes?

  • Will I be required to wear a mask? What safety precautions are in place at the zoo?

  • Where do I park and is there a fee?

You may park in any of the parking lots adjacent to the zoo or in the zoo’s four-level parking garage.  All of the parking is free. Access to these parking lots is along 23rd Avenue between York Street and Colorado Boulevard near the zoo’s main entrance.
