The primary purposes of the End of Year submission are to track student cohorts for calculation of graduation and completion rates, track mobility for calculation of mobility rates, determine the annual Beginning and End Counts for each school/grade/race/gender group, to identify dropouts or unreported students, and to conduct cross-district research post-collection to re-enroll dropouts.

Graduation is an exciting time of the year for High School students. To ensure accurate reporting is done, please ensure your school reviews the Graduation Memo below to better assist with data entry into Infinite Campus.
If any of your students will be retained and taking summer classes to complete high school requirements, please ensure the appropriate steps are taken by following the Summer Program Graduation Process.
