Mission

The Office of the Controller champions the District's shared vision of Every Child Succeeds as a strategic partner for timely, accurate and complete financial reporting.

The Office of the Controller is responsible for maintaining the District's financial accounting and providing financial information required by various internal and external customers.   We play an important role in ensuring the District provides annual accounting required by Federal and State entities.   We also prepare the Comprehensive and Annual Financial Report.

The Office of the Controller provides assistance in many ways to Departments and Schools, including but not limited to:

• Grants Management
• Time and Effort Reporting
• Journal Entry Transactions
