The Program Management Office (PMO) ensures DPS is executing with excellence on its most critical work by collaborating with Team DPS to lead the planning & execution of sustainable initiatives that have a measurable impact on the success of ALL students, with a focus on equity.
- We provide highly trained experts to lead projects and initiatives that are aligned to our highest impact strategies.
- We build capacity across DPS in Change Management, Project Management, and Process Improvement through district wide professional development, custom methodologies for DPS, and offering project consultations.
- We help other teams define and scope work to ensure projects are set up for successful execution.
