The DPS Innovation Council is a strategic forum designed to elevate innovative practices and foster collaboration among innovation leaders and district stakeholders. Its purpose is to showcase success stories that lead to tangible improvements in student outcomes, strategic planning, and work environments. By creating a platform for innovation leaders to share their experiences, we aim to highlight where innovative approaches have delivered measurable results. The council serves as a representative body for innovation schools and zones, providing feedback on supportive conditions and strengthening connections between Innovation leaders, District leaders, and Central Office teams. Through this collaboration, we encourage the replication of successful models across the district, while supporting continuous improvement and problem-solving. Although the council is not a final decision-making body, it plays a critical role in advancing promising practices and strategic planning at the district level.
