The Operations & School Support Analytics Team consists of three key workstreams: Operations Analytics, School Support & Accountability, and Surveys. Together, these areas provide data-driven insights and strategic support to enhance district operations and student success.
Operations Analytics
This team provides data analysis and support for key operational departments, including:
- Climate & Safety
- Facilities
- Food Services
- Transportation
Additionally, the team contributes to cross-functional projects such as:
- Bond Planning
- New to Country Student Analyses
- Class Size Analysis and Reporting
School Support & Accountability
This team plays a vital role in student records, policy development, and school accountability by managing:
- Student Transcripts, Grade Changes, and Waivers
- School Performance Framework (SPF) & School Accountability Processes
- Request to Reconsider (R2R) & Optional Measures for Alternative Education Campuses (AECs)
Surveys
In collaboration with executive sponsors, this team leads the implementation of major district-wide surveys, including:
- Tu Voz Student & Family Survey
- CollaboRATE Staff Survey
Additionally, they provide consultation on smaller survey initiatives across the district.
