The Operations Service Delivery team plays a critical role in connecting supports across schools and operations in service of equity-based continuous improvement. Bringing together the Operations Services Directors (the OS Team), the Program Management Office, Sustainability, and Service Level Agreements, the team is leads cross-functional work designed to improve the way services are delivered to schools with a shared emphasis on service excellence, equity, and sustainability. By building critical partnerships and using data to inform support for operational improvements, and then consolidating the information, context, and relationships that the teams build and maintain between and across schools and central office teams, the team supports service delivery improvement that will better meet the needs of schools, and support the systems experience and adult experience to ultimately benefit students.
