The 2023-24 End-of-Year (EOY) evaluation window for Education Support Professionals is now open! (April 8-May 23). The EOY evaluation and conversation provides Education Support Professionals with feedback to support their growth and development.
Next steps for Educaiton Support Professionals:
- Work with your supervisor to establish a timeline
- Complete and submit your self-reflection information here. Self-reflections are optional, yet highly encouraged.

- Review the EOY section of the Best Practices Checklist
- Schedule time to meet with your employees individually in accordance with applicable bargaining agreements and timelines
- Invite your direct reports to complete a self-reflection form
- Draft EOY evaluation forms
- Meet for the EOY conversation
