    Annual GPS Timeline

    Employees will work with their evaluator to schedule their beginning-of-year, mid-year and end-of-year conversation. Below are the general timelines:

    • Beginning-of-year conversations should take place between September and October
    • Mid-year conversations should take place between January and February
    • End-of-year conversations should take place between April and May

    In between these conversations, the evaluator also delivers feedback regularly, based on observations of practice or other agreed upon methods for capturing performance data.

    They may also be used to capture final rating data that you can use to support the EoY appraisal.
