Unified Improvement Plans

  • Students

Schools can improve student learning and system effectiveness by engaging in a cycle of continuous improvement to manage their performance.  The UIP template is designed to support schools in their performance management efforts.  The Education Accountability Act of 2009 requires that each Colorado school create an annual improvement plan.  To view school UIPs, please visit CDE's site.

    Continuous Improvement Trainings

A representative from each school's administrative/leadership team should complete each of the three trainings before engaging in that section in the UIP-One. Recordings, and links to the slides are available below. Slides should be viewed in presentation or slideshow mode to be fully understood. Each school should have at least one representative take and master the short quizzes (1-3 questions) at the end of each training.
