Our Strategy:

• We identify schools for intervention and support as soon as possible.
• We deeply understand their needs/challenges/aspirations.
• We develop intentional, school-led plans, that are informed by best practices, and that are in partnership with the community, to drive towards equity.
• We support the implementation of those plans and the continuous improvement of the school and its leaders.
• We coordinate departmental, tiered support informed by best practices.
