• Prepare for the 2024-25 School Year

Although 10% of the Student Growth portion of the overall LEAP evaluation for all teachers is still based on a collective measure score, the measures used to determine a collective measure score have changed for the 24-25 school year and beyond.

  • Collective Measures for Teachers & NIIs

Three students and a teacher in a classroom

For teachers in DPS, 10% of the Student Growth portion of the overall LEAP evaluation comes from a collective measure score. For traditional teachers, the collective measure is based on their school’s state SPF score for student growth.

For non-instructional/ itinerant teachers (NIIs), the collective measure score comes from a collective measure Student Service Objective (SSO).

    • Collective Measure Basics for Non-Instructional/Itinerant Teachers (NIIs):
      • Any 2 or more NIIs collaborate on a collective measure SSO.

NIIs will submit a shared body of evidence for their collective measure SSOs for evaluation purposes.
