Collective Measures for Teachers & NIIs
For teachers in DPS, 10% of the Student Growth portion of the overall LEAP evaluation comes from a collective measure score. For traditional teachers, the collective measure is based on their school’s state SPF score for student growth.
For non-instructional/ itinerant teachers (NIIs), the collective measure score comes from a collective measure Student Service Objective (SSO).
- Collective Measure Basics for Non-Instructional/Itinerant Teachers (NIIs):
- Any 2 or more NIIs collaborate on a collective measure SSO.
NIIs will submit a shared body of evidence for their collective measure SSOs for evaluation purposes.
