GPS Tip of the Week - Secondary Evaluators

How you assign secondary evaluators to your educators is up to you but it may be best practice for certain educators to have all ILT added as a secondary evaluator.

Please watch the video or review the one-pager to get this right because adding Secondary evaluators is a bit tricky. You don't want to override anyone who is already assigned as the secondary. Also be sure not to add someone as Primary and Secondary because then the educator shows up two times on their dashboard. 

Reminder: only principals can make caseload assignments.

The new Denver Public Schools Growth & Performance System (GPS) is now open. The tool will open on a rolling basis for additional school leaders, teachers, and specialized service providers. In order to achieve our goal for a successful launch we are using a slow-release approach. Principals must create caseloads before other users can utilize the tool.
