We need more CDL bus drivers, non-CDL bus drivers and bus paraprofessionals.
Obviously, you already work here, so why are you reading this? Because there could be money in it for you.
We’re offering a referral bonus. This means if you refer someone who ends up getting hired, you could make a cool $400.

Who can I refer?
Posted by:Any applicant that is not currently or formerly employed with Denver Public Schools, in any capacity.

Who is eligible for the referral bonus?
Posted by:All Transportation Services employees are eligible to receive a referral bonus, excluding: department directors, managers, employees whose recurring role is recruitment and all HR employees.

When will I get the bonus?
Posted by:You will receive the first $200 referral bonus after the employee has successfully completed training and 3 months of employment once the new employee enters the terminal. The second $200 of your referral bonus will be paid after the successful completion of 6 months of employment.

How do I get the bonus?
Posted by:You must fill out this form and deliver it to Lorena Cardona (lcardo7@dpsk12.net) to receive your bonus, which you will get if the above qualifications are met.

How often can I get a bonus for referring someone?
