  • Vehicle maintenance
    Those with a District owned vehicle are responsible for reporting any and all maintenance issues to the Fleet Department in a responsible and timely manner. If you have a mechanical issue or are in need of maintenance, you are required to submit a Request for Service through the FASTER portal. To access the portal, please click here.

    All departments will be sent a bill every Monday through FASTER on completed work orders only.

    Every year, the Fleet Department does emissions testing on all District vehicles. An important note, all District vehicles over 10 years old must have an emissions test done every year. All emissions testing notifications for vehicles will be sent to Department Heads/Contacts when the vehicle is due.
