Vehicle registration
Registration for District Vehicles does not expire. Registration for new vehicles or updates to any registration will be sent to Department Heads/Contacts by Jason Sanchez, Fleet Manager.Vehicle insurance
Vehicle insurance is good from July 1 through June 30 of the following year. New cards will be emailed to Department Heads/Contacts when available.Vehicle violations
- Photo Radar Violations: Tickets are sent to Jason Sanchez, Fleet Manager, by the Police Department jurisdiction in which the violation occurred. Violations are scanned and emailed to Department Heads/Contacts for payment. All employees are responsible for their own tickets. No DPS District money may be used to pay for the violations.
- Parking Violations: Tickets are sent to Jason Sanchez, Fleet Manager, by the Police Department jurisdiction in which the violation occurred.
