SUBJECT: Transportation Summer Work

 

Hello Transportation Services Team,

Thank you for participating in the summer bid process. We actually have several routes left. This means you can pick up a second assignment if it doesn’t conflict with what you bid during the first round. Please click on the following links to see which assignments each terminal has left: Hilltop, Northeast. The bids will be taken down at 5:00 tonight, and will reappear at 7:00 a.m. Wednesday, May 19th.

This second round of bidding will begin for both drivers and paras on Wednesday, May 19th and will end at 7:00 a.m. Thursday, May 20th. You are welcome to bid at any time during that 24-hour window. We will email a link to the form for you to make your bid at 7:00 a.m., Wednesday May 19th. We will also post a link to the form on the website, as well as links to descriptions of the bids that are available for this second round of bidding. 

When it is time to bid, the form will ask you to submit your top five choices. When the 24-hour bidding window is over, managers will assign the bids based on seniority. You will be given until 4:00 P.M. Thursday to respond to your assignment.
