SUBJECT: 2021-22 School Year Bid

Dear Drivers and Paras,

 

The 2021-22 school year bid is almost here. Please monitor your official DPS .net email inbox throughout the week for important information regarding the bid.

 

The bid will be virtual again this year, as it will be every year going forward. This time, we will be using Google Meet instead of Zoom. Later this week, we will email instructions on how you can log into Google Meet when it’s time for you to make your bid.

 

The bids will be posted on The Commons for viewing from 7:30 A.M. Wednesday, August 4th through 5:00 P.M. Friday, August 6th. At 7:30 Wednesday morning, we will email you the links to view the bids. We will also email you the seniority list and your bidding date/time.

 

This year’s bid dates are as follows:

 

Monday, August 9, 2021 Driver School Route Bid (If you cannot directly participate, provide bid choices according to contract language.)

 

• 7 AM to 10 AM  Regular 180 drivers, 180 relief drivers, and 32 hour benefitted drivers  
• 10 AM to 11 AM  Part time Driver Seniority #1 to #35 
• 11 AM to 12 PM  Part time Driver Seniority #36 to #70 
• 1 PM to 2 PM  Part time Driver Seniority #71 to #105 
• 2 PM to 3 PM  Part time Driver Seniority #106 to #128
